注销Delete Account

值班猫清理没有注册、登录或云端账号。我们的服务器上没有你的账号，也没有你的文件。因此没有需要在线注销的账户。下面是清除本机痕迹，以及删除你写给我们的邮件的方法。

没有账号可以注销

应用不收集姓名、电话、邮箱或密码，也不把扫描结果同步到 AOAAI。你不需要、也不能在应用里“注销账号”，因为账号从未被创建。

如果你是从 App Store 的账号删除要求来到这里：本应用不支持创建账户，服务器端没有可删除的用户账户。

删除本机上的应用数据

  1. 退出值班猫清理。
  2. 打开「系统设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 完全磁盘访问权限」，如果列表里有本应用，关掉开关或点减号移除。
  3. 在「隐私与安全性 → 文件与文件夹」里，关闭值班猫清理对桌面、文稿、下载等文件夹的访问（如果出现了这些开关）。
  4. 在「通用 → 登录项与扩展」里，若值班猫清理在登录时打开，把它移除。
  5. 在访达中把「值班猫清理」或 AOAAI Clean 移到废纸篓。
  6. 沙盒数据在你的个人文件夹中：资源库/Containers/com.aoaai.clean。删除这个文件夹会清掉语言、音效、书签等本机偏好。访达默认隐藏「资源库」，可用「前往 → 前往文件夹」粘贴 ~/Library/Containers/com.aoaai.clean。

这些步骤只影响应用自己的设置和权限。已经移入废纸篓的缓存或照片仍在废纸篓里：想找回就还原，想真正删掉就清空废纸篓。清空废纸篓无法撤销。

删除你写给我们的邮件

如果你曾经写信到 aoaaiclean@aoaai.com，那些来信是我们手里唯一可能与你有关的记录。来信并在标题写上「删除我的邮件」，用同一邮箱发送。我们会删除与该地址相关的支持往来，并回复确认。已进入邮件服务商备份、且我们无法控制的副本除外。

AOAAI Clean has no registration, sign-in, or cloud account. Our servers do not hold an account for you, and they do not hold your files. There is no online account to close.

There is no account to delete

The app does not collect your name, phone number, email address, or a password, and it does not sync scan results to AOAAI. You cannot sign out inside the app, because an account was never created.

If you opened this page from an App Store account-deletion requirement: this app does not support account creation, and there is no user account on a server to delete.

Remove data stored on this Mac

  1. Quit AOAAI Clean.
  2. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Full Disk Access. If the app is listed, turn it off or remove it with the minus button.
  3. Under Privacy & Security → Files and Folders, turn off AOAAI Clean’s access to Desktop, Documents, Downloads, or other folders if those switches are present.
  4. Under General → Login Items & Extensions, remove AOAAI Clean if it opens at login.
  5. Move AOAAI Clean (值班猫清理) to the Trash in Finder.
  6. Sandbox data lives in your home folder at Library/Containers/com.aoaai.clean. Deleting that folder removes local preferences such as language, sounds, and folder bookmarks. Library is hidden in Finder; use Go → Go to Folder and paste ~/Library/Containers/com.aoaai.clean.

These steps remove the app’s own settings and permissions. Items already moved to the Trash stay there: restore them to keep them, or empty the Trash to delete them. Emptying the Trash cannot be undone.

Delete email you sent us

If you have written to aoaaiclean@aoaai.com, that correspondence is the only record we may have that relates to you. Email the same address with the subject “Delete my email”. We will delete support mail tied to that address and reply to confirm, except for copies held by an email provider that we do not control.
