注销Delete Account
你可以在 App 内自己完成注销，不需要发邮件。注销不可恢复。
在 App 内删除
- 打开 OurPurr 并登录。
- 在聊天页右上角点齿轮图标，进入「设置」。
- 滑到页面底部，点红色按钮「删除我的账号与宠物数据」。
- 在确认框中再次点同一按钮。
- 按登录方式验证身份：
- 邮箱账号：输入当前密码
- Apple 或 Google：按系统提示重新确认
- 验证通过后，账号立即删除，并回到登录页。
如果按钮点了没有反应，请确认网络可用，并完成上面的身份验证。验证窗口被关掉时，不会删除任何数据。
会删除什么
- 登录账号（Apple、Google 或邮箱与 Firebase 用户）
- 全部宠物档案、照片和短视频
- 聊天记录
- 日常笔记与健康笔记
- 消耗品库存
- 连胜、语言偏好和推送 token
本机若还有尚未同步的内容，会在卸载 App 后一并消失。
不会自动取消的内容
Apple 订阅不会因为注销 OurPurr 而停止扣款。请另外打开：
iPhone「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」，选择 OurPurr Pro 并取消。
已通过 Apple 收取的费用，按 Apple 的退款规则处理。
用邮件申请
如果无法登录，请发邮件至 app@ourpurr.com。
主题写：「注销 OurPurr」。
正文写明登录方式（Apple、Google 或注册邮箱），以及该邮箱或可证明账号归属的信息。
我们会在 15 日内删除账号及上述云端数据，并回复处理结果。
审核人员请使用 App 内入口完成注销，无需发送邮件。

You can delete the account inside the app. This cannot be undone.
- Open OurPurr and sign in.
- On the chat screen, tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
- At the bottom, tap “Delete My Account & Pet Data”.
- Confirm in the dialog.
- Verify it is you: enter your password for email accounts, or complete the Apple or Google prompt.
- The account is deleted and you return to the sign-in screen.
This erases your Firebase login, pet profiles, photos and videos, chats, diaries, inventory, streak data, and push token.
It does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that separately in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
If you cannot sign in, email app@ourpurr.com with the subject “Delete OurPurr” and your sign-in method (Apple, Google, or email). We complete the deletion within 15 days.
App Review: use the in-app button above. You do not need to email us.
